A carved pooja mandir or a wooden jhula is the piece people give up looking for in the United States. Shipping one over on your own is expensive and slow, and the few that turn up locally are usually flat-pack imitations in board and veneer.
We bring ours in directly from the workshops in solid saag wood — mandirs from a shelf temple to a nine-foot installation, and carved jhula swings. Every mandir is listed with its width, depth and height, so you can measure the wall before you drive out to Tucker.
